There is never a good time to get covid (period!). After evading covid for 2.5 years, my time was due. I do consider myself quite fortunate that I got covid after the vaccine and booster. Even though we’re 2.5 years into this pandemic, there is little known about return to sport guidelines for athletes post-covid since every case is so variable.
