  • No, I am an out of network provider. If you have out of network benefits through your insurance, I can provide a super bill to submit for reimbursement. The amount you get reimbursed will depend on your individual policy. I accept all credit card payments, apple pay, cash, and HSA/FSA.

  • You can request a super bill from me which will include all necessary information (icd 10 codes, billing units, amount paid).

  • It depends on the injury and what financially makes the most sense for you! Usually every 2 weeks for runners who are currently having pain while running or are unable to run. 1x/month for runners who can still maintain goal mileage, but want to prevent injury or have low level, manageable pain. While I try to address as much of your needs as possible on the first visit, I cannot evaluate your injury, provides hands on manual therapy, perform a thorough gait assessment, prescribe exercises, and design you a strength & conditioning program in 1 hour. Usually, I can address 2-3 of these items and a follow up will be required.

  • Please book an initial evaluation if you are a new patient and are currently dealing with a running injury, would like to prevent injury, or need strength & conditioning guidance. Please book a running gait assessment if you would like an in depth analysis of your running mechanics with exercise program and you don’t plan to come to PT on a frequent basis.

  • Please bring running shoes, a running top and shorts. If you are doing a running gait assessment, fitted running clothing will work best. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your visit.
