Important location change starting April 1, 2026!

My new location will be at 2020 Mandela Pkwy, Oakland, CA 94607.

Renegade and I will be moving together and continuing our partnership. We will be ~1.2 miles from our current shop.

Please keep this location change in mind when booking April appointments! There will be free parking. If you are taking BART, we are ~1 mile distance from the West Oakland and Downtown Oakland station. The most direct route from SF will be to take the NL commuter bus, which drops you off 2 min walking distance from our new location.

Where are you located?

What should I wear/bring?

Please wear running shorts and top. If doing a running gait assessment, fitted tank top and shorts are best. Please bring the running shoes you normally run in and orthotics (if applicable).

Where should I park?

Please see location map above for a visual of our location/parking. There is free parking at: the Pacific Pipe parking lot, anywhere on Mandela Pkwy, or 20th street. There are 2 ways to enter the complex: 1) through Pacific Pipe parking lot or 2) south entrance by Proyecto Diaz coffee.

What if I need to change my appointment?

You can reschedule or cancel an appointment 48 hours in advance through the confirmation email sent to you at time of booking. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to appointment, you will be charged a 50% of total rate cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours or day of appointment, you will be charged 100% of the session.

Waitlist:

If you would like to be seen earlier, please send me an email RunResilientlyDPT@gmail.com to let me know you would like to be added to my waitlist. Alternatively, you can fill out my waitlist form online. Cancellations do happen and I do my best to get you as soon as possible.

How many appointments should I book?

My schedule often gets booked weeks in advance so if you are a new patient that would like to get consistent treatment, please book your follow ups in advance. If you are not sure on frequency, please reach out to me.

I think I booked an appointment, but can’t find my confirmation email:

You will always receive a confirmation email immediately after booking an appointment. If you did not, the appointment may not have gone through and you can email me if you are not sure or run into issues. You will also receive an email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment.

How do I pay for my appointment?

Cash or Zelle preferred (can zelle to: RunResilientlyDPT@gmail.com), or cards accepted (HSA/ FSA included). You are required to put a card on file when booking an appointment, but do not have to pay at time of booking.

Mask/ covid policy:

If you currently have covid, flu, or severe cold symptoms, please email me to reschedule your appointment. If you are testing negative and just have lingering symptoms, you will need to wear a mask. I work with many athletes before their big race and it is my priority to keep everyone healthy on race day!
